Refund & Return Policy – Crown Wig Studio

At Crown Wig Studio, we take pride in providing high-quality luxury wigs. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final for hygiene and safety reasons.

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@crownwigstudio.com.

To be eligible for a resolution:

- Item must be unused and in original packaging 

- Lace must not be cut, altered, or worn 

If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
